This attractive modern building is situated at the bottom of Holyrood Road just 15-20 minutes from Princes Street. The inviting lobby is quite large and has large sofas and a log fire to make guests feel welcome.

The 156 guestrooms are decorated in a traditional yet bright Scottish style with quality bedding and furnishings. The bathrooms are in good condition and have a heated bathroom mirror that banishes any steam and all feature a bath with shower. The hotel does not offer any triple rooms. The 6th floor is home to the executive rooms and private lounge. All executive rooms are doubles, there are no twins. Guests in these rooms will enjoy the use of the private Butler service.

The restaurant serves food using the finest ingredients from Scotland and abroad. It offers a classic approach to cooking with the emphasis on quality and simplicity. Breakfast is a cold buffet with hotel food being prepared to your requirements and brought to your table.
