Traveller from Broxburn stayed in June,2009

We stayed in a deluxe suite, 3 weeks after opening. Hotel has a fabulous location. Close to Princes St Gardens, Royal Mile etc. Because of fairly new hotel, breakfast room was not ready, staff little unorganised and could have been more friendly.
